Journalism, a wide area and a field of academic study, ideally is seen as an effective tool for lighting a lamp in the dark corner and spreading the cherishing the progressive thoughts and realities. Our lecturer assigned us a task on lead writing and feature writing as a post-activity to the unity called 'Journalism' of Mass Communication and Media Studies paper. 

Feature Writing:-

A feature story is a piece of non-fiction writing about the news. A feature story is a type of soft news. The main sub-types are the news feature and the human-interest story. A feature story is distinguished from other types of non-news by the quality of the writing. A feature story may or may not tied to a current event. Notification

                                                  Once upon a time, far far away in the fast-moving land, there was a World living happily with its hectic schedule. It was constantly evolving towards research and new developments in technoculture and transhumanism. Suddenly, in the mid of March, this World received a strange notification. The tune sounded unusual and alarming. This time the notification neither was from any unknown app, not from any of the contacts nor was it a push notification, but it meant "Isolation", perhaps socially. There was discord between technological instruments (nature) and its users (people). It had its own concerns too which closed down everything, literally everything! (And it was actually frustrating)

 

                                                     The system needs to be in standby mode for some time or unless it will be affected by malware. It advocated the philosophy of slowing down, no application can be updated or even operated for a stipulated amount of time so the only option was to maintain the data intact and make it healthier, livelier, and full of spirit within the limited space possible. The software asked for some spiritual features to feed-in that could improve the mental quality and some powerful features that could increase the productivity and lifespan of the battery.

 

                                                Unfortunately, many complaints were detected where it was found that the malware had caused serious issues in disabling software. This malware had terribly disturbed the routine of World. What will it earn now? Won’t you think it will face financial crises? Where will it find solace in the hard times? What a dichotomy of World! On one hand, it is consciously abstaining from the usage of data and taking firm steps to prevent the attack of malware. On the other hand, it is much happier to spend time with their families. Was this malware born to make World even better and stronger, to teach it humanity, to make a bond tighter among itself as well as to make it understand its own value? During this valuable quality time, another notification popped up 

“#WarAgainstVirus 

#SocialDistancing

#WeCanFight”

Despite much diversity, the malware made this World virtually one in rebooting, isn't it?
