About Me

Kavisha Alagiya: Miss Kavisha Alagiya is a Research Scholar in English Literature and Digital Narratives, currently pursuing her PhD under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Dilip Barad at the Department of English, Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University. She holds an M.A. in English with distinction and a Gold Medal, and has qualified both the UGC-NET (2023) and Gujarat SET (2022) in English. Her academic focus lies in digital humanities and hypertext fiction, shaping both her research and pedagogy. She began her teaching career as a Lecturer at Sahajanand College of Commerce and Management, delivering courses in communication and literature, and has also taught PG students as a visiting faculty at MK Bhavnagar University. Her university-recognized teaching profile began at G. L. Kakadia College of Commerce and Management, where she taught Business Communication to B.Com and BBA students. She then joined Matushree Ratanben Ramjibhai Monapara Arts College as Assistant Professor of English, engaging undergraduate students in language and literature through lectures, assessments, and academic mentoring.
